Peter, thanks

The following is a copy of the email sent by ParkEasy CEO, Warren Chan, to the ParkEasy user base on Wednesday, 12 June 2019.

Dear Peter,

Today was one of the most mind-blowing days of my life, and I owe it to you

Back in late 2015, we did a pilot of ParkEasy in Sunway Pyramid and for one reason or another, it didn't work out. In 2017, we launched a revamped version, the one you've come to know and love at iOi City Mall. Starting from just 17 bays at GSC, we now cover more than 100 bays in many malls and commercial areas, serving 2,000+ reservations monthly 💪. If you're a long time user, you've probably noticed that the list of ParkEasy locations grew so long that we had to change the display format!

I also hope that you've experienced the improvements made in the front-end app appearance, and also in the back-end reliability, speed, and customer service. We know that we still have a long way to go, but believe me that we do read all your feedback. It's the positive feedback that keeps us going, and the negative feedback that allows us to deliver a better service. (Special shout-out to Android users who have taken us from a 2-star rating to a 4.5+ star rating with over 1,000 reviews!)

Peter, today we are back in Sunway Pyramid and a number of other locations by working with BMW and supported by Shell and Sunway. Most of these new locations are for EV charging, and we hope to add non-EV zones as well. If you would like us to be somewhere we're not, just comment or PM the FB page of that mall/location (it really does help!).

So yes, in summary, ParkEasy exists because, Peter, you exist.
We are a proud Malaysian startup, and we hope to continue to be of service to you for years to come.

I love you 3,000. Thanks 🙇‍♂️

Standing next to Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah of Sunway, Datuk Iain Lo of Shell, and Mr. Harald Hoelzl of BMW, this is the moment my mind exploded *poof*
