Hello people!

We’re happy to announce that from 27 November 2019 to 26 January 2020, Shell will award a RM5 Shell Fuel Voucher to every customer that parks at selected Shell Recharge stations through ParkEasy.

The Shell Recharge stations as named in the app are:

  1. Lot 10 - 5A - J’s Gate

  2. iOi City Mall - P1 - Tesco+

  3. Sunway Pyramid - CP2 - Preferred+ SUV OR Sedan

  4. Sunway Velocity - B1+

  5. Sunway Pinnacle - LGa+

Here are the details on how to get your vouchers:

  1. Make a reservation and park at any of the Shell Recharge locations as listed above.

  2. After you have completed your parking session and left the car park, you will receive an email.

  3. The email will contain a survey link to answer just 2 yes-or-no questions.

  4. After the survey is submitted, you will receive an email with your RM5 Shell Fuel Voucher as a PDF attachment.

  5. Present the voucher at any Shell station cashier nationwide before pumping fuel into your vehicle.

  6. RM5 will be deducted from your fuel bill.

  7. Repeat steps 1-6 to receive vouchers again! You can receive up to a maximum total of 4x RM5 Shell Fuel Vouchers.

FAQ

  1. How long will this promo be on for?

    Vouchers will be awarded from 27 Nov 2019 to 26 Jan 2020; OR when a total of 600 vouchers have been issued.
    Vouchers can be redeemed from 27 Nov 2019 to 1 Feb 2020.

  2. How do I know if all 600 vouchers have been issued?

    We will announce it on our FB page: fb.com/ParkInParkEasy

  3. How long must I park in the bay to receive the voucher?

    So long as we have detected that you have genuinely parked and left the bay, you will be eligible to receive a voucher. You will not receive a voucher for making a booking only. You will also not receive a voucher if you have not yet left the bay and successfully ended your parking session.

  4. How come I did not receive a voucher?

    Perform these steps:

    1. Confirm that your ParkEasy email address is correct;

    2. Check your spam inbox;

    3. Check fb.com/ParkInParkEasy to see if the promo has ended due to all vouchers being fully issued;

    4. Contact us. Contact details are at the last FAQ question below.

  5. Do I need to print-out the voucher?

    No. You may print the voucher or you may display the voucher to the Shell cashier via your phone.

  6. Can the voucher be used on non-fuel items?

    No. It can only be used on Shell fuels.

  7. How many times can I receive the voucher?

    4 times. That means 4 x RM5 Shell Fuel Vouchers.

  8. Do I have to answer the 2-question survey every time to receive my voucher?

    Yes. But it’s just 2 questions!

  9. How do I know I’ve hit the 4 times limit?

    You will not receive an email even though you have parked at a Shell Recharge location.

  10. I can’t redeem my voucher. The cashier stated that it’s invalid.

    Please ensure that you safeguard your vouchers as they are valid for only ONE redemption. If you think that there’s an error, you can contact us for support. Contact details are at the last FAQ question below.

  11. Can I use multiple vouchers at once?

    No. You can only use one RM5 Shell Fuel Vouchers per bill.

  12. Which Shell stations may I use the voucher at?

    All Shell stations in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “SHELL FUEL VOUCHERS PROGRAM”

1. The supply and sale of the Shell Fuel Vouchers under the “Shell Fuel Vouchers Program” jointly organized by Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 196501000279 (6087-M)) and/or Shell Timur Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 198401000783 (113304-H)) (collectively referred to as “Shell”) shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Shell Fuel Vouchers Program as stated below.

2. Purchase of the Shell Fuel Vouchers is at your absolute option and risk, and in no event shall Shell be liable for any loss or damages including without limitations, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the supply and sale of Shell Fuel Vouchers, even if Shell has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.

3. Purchasers who are corporations, partnerships, enterprises and sole proprietors must be lawfully incorporated in accordance with Malaysian laws.

4. Purchasers who are individuals must not be less than 18 years old.

5. The following terms and conditions apply to the supply and sale of Shell Fuel Vouchers:

(a) The Shell Fuel Vouchers are available in printed physical form or e-vouchers, in redemption value denominations of RM5, RM10, RM20, RM50 and RM100.

(b) The Voucher Price of each Shell Fuel Voucher shall correspond to the Voucher Value.

(c) The Shell Fuel Vouchers shall only be delivered to the Purchaser after full payment of the Total Voucher Price corresponding to the number/value of Shell Fuel Vouchers purchased.

(d) Title and risk to the Shell Fuel Vouchers in printed physical form shall pass to the Purchaser upon passing the physical possession of the same to the Purchaser.

(e) Title and risk to the Shell Fuel Vouchers in e-voucher form shall pass to the Purchaser upon the Purchaser being notified of the e-voucher codes.

(f) The Shell Fuel Voucher can be used for fuel purchase at participating Shell Retail Stations, subject to validity period and the Shell Fuel Voucher Terms and Conditions.

6. Shell Fuel Voucher Terms and Conditions:

(a) The Shell Fuel Voucher shall be valid for the value stated on the voucher until 11:59 pm on the expiry date stated on the voucher.

(b) The Shell Fuel Voucher can only be redeemed at participating Shell Retail Stations for purchase of the following fuels only: Shell Fuel Save 95, Shell V-Power 97, Shell V-Power Racing, Shell Fuel Save Diesel and Shell Diesel Euro 5.

(c) Only one Shell Fuel Voucher can be used per purchase transaction.

(d) Once redeemed, the Shell Fuel Voucher redemption cannot be reversed or cancelled even if the fuel pumped into the end user’s vehicle is less than the amount of the Shell Fuel Voucher.

(e) The Shell Fuel Voucher must be presented to the cashier at the participating Shell Retail Station for validation before fueling. If the Shell Fuel Voucher is in printed physical form, the original must be presented, and photocopied, defaced or damaged physical vouchers will not be accepted. If the Shell Fuel Voucher is in e-voucher form, the original e-voucher codes must be presented in clear and readable form.

7. Shell’s decision on all matters in relation to the Shell Fuel Vouchers Program or in the event of any dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.

8. Shell reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Shell Fuel Vouchers Program with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Shell of the Shell Fuel Vouchers Program shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Shell for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

9. Shell reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

10. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material advertising the Shell Fuel Vouchers Program.

11. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between English and Bahasa Malaysia versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
