Yes, but don't worry. If you overstay 1 hour due to waiting time at the TMpoint, the TMpoint staff can provide you with ParkEasy promo codes to offset any charges you may incur. The RM8 charge is really just there to prevent abuse.

Do I need to pay any parking tickets?

No. Everything is handled through the app. There is no parking boom gate or ticket machine. Furthermore, there is no need to pay DBKL parking as this is private land.

How do I find these car park bays?

Once you have made a reservation through the app, the app will provide you with GPS navigation directly to the bays.

Are these parking bays convenient?

Yes, both are located immediately opposite the entrance to the TMpoints.
